Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 23, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Endurance Ecom LLC (the “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), operating the Clarity Bolt brand and website at www.claritybolt.com, collects, uses, and protects information about visitors and customers. By using our website or purchasing our products, you agree to this Policy.

1. Who we are

Clarity Bolt is a brand and trading name operated by Endurance Ecom LLC. The contracting entity and data controller for purposes of this Policy is Endurance Ecom LLC.

2. Information we collect

  • Email address — if you join our email list via the form on this site. Stored and processed by ConvertKit on our behalf.
  • Analytics data — page views, approximate location, device/browser type, and referral sources via Google Analytics 4. IP addresses are anonymized where supported.
  • Purchase data — all orders are processed by Etsy. Etsy collects your name, shipping/billing details, and payment information under its own privacy policy. We receive only the limited order data Etsy shares with sellers (such as your Etsy username and the product purchased).
  • Support correspondence — if you email us, we keep the message and your email address so we can respond and maintain a record of the conversation.

3. How we use your information

  • Deliver the digital products you have purchased.
  • Send product updates, launch announcements, and related content you have opted in to receive.
  • Understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
  • Measure the effectiveness of our marketing.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

4. What we don’t do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not store your payment card details at any time.

5. Legal bases (GDPR)

Where the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, we process your personal data on the following bases: (a) your consent (for marketing emails and non-essential cookies); (b) performance of a contract (to deliver products you have purchased); (c) our legitimate interests (to operate and improve the Services and understand our audience); and (d) compliance with legal obligations.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict our processing of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. California residents have specific rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know what personal information we collect and the right to request its deletion. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@claritybolt.com. You may also unsubscribe from any marketing email via the link in the footer of each message.

7. Cookies and tracking

This site uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics (Google Analytics 4). You can disable cookies in your browser or use browser-level privacy controls. Doing so may affect site functionality.

8. Third-party services we rely on

  • Etsy — payments, checkout, and order fulfillment
  • ConvertKit — email list management and delivery
  • Google Analytics 4 — site analytics
  • Vercel — website hosting and delivery

Each of these providers processes your data under their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.

9. Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, or as required by law. Email list data is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Analytics data is retained according to our provider’s default settings.

10. International transfers

We are based in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the U.S. We rely on appropriate safeguards provided by our processors where required by law.

11. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU/UK). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
