Refund Policy

Short version: if you’re not satisfied, we’ll refund you. No interrogation.

How it works

• Refunds are handled via Etsy within 48 hours of purchase.
• Open the order in your Etsy account and contact the shop to request a refund.
• If you can’t reach us on Etsy, email hello@claritybolt.com and we’ll sort it out.

Why 48 hours?

Mission Control is a digital file. Once you’ve had a chance to open it and see if it works for you, you have 48 hours to decide. We keep the window tight to prevent abuse, but we’re reasonable — if something unusual happens (e.g. corrupted download, technical issue), reach out and we’ll make it right.
