These Terms of Service govern your use of the ClarityBolt website, content, emails, digital products, recommendations, and affiliate-review pages (collectively, the “Services”). The Services are operated by Endurance Ecom LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Who we are

ClarityBolt is a brand operated by Endurance Ecom LLC. References to “ClarityBolt” mean the brand; the legal operator is Endurance Ecom LLC.

2. Educational and entertainment purposes only

The Services are provided for general educational, informational, and entertainment purposes only. We do not provide medical, mental-health, legal, financial, tax, professional, therapeutic, or emergency advice. ClarityBolt content may discuss focus, mental clutter, productivity, brain fog, routines, tools, or third-party offers. We do not claim that any product, tool, checklist, audio, supplement, app, or routine will diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or improve any disease, condition, symptom, disorder, or mental-health issue. We do not guarantee specific results, income, productivity, focus, memory, health outcomes, or life changes.

4. Affiliate links and third-party offers

Some links on the Services are affiliate links. If you click an affiliate link and purchase a third-party product, Endurance Ecom LLC may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Unless expressly stated otherwise, we are not affiliated with, employed by, owned by, endorsed by, or officially representing any third-party product, seller, network, or company beyond our possible affiliate/referral relationship.

Third-party products, sales pages, checkout pages, claims, warranties, subscriptions, refunds, fulfillment, support, and customer outcomes are controlled by the third-party seller or platform. We are not responsible or liable for any third-party product, service, website, claim, promise, result, injury, loss, charge, refund issue, subscription issue, support issue, or dispute.

5. Purchases and payments

Purchases of ClarityBolt-owned digital products may be processed through third-party ecommerce or payment platforms. Purchases of third-party affiliate products are processed entirely by the third-party seller, affiliate network, or checkout provider. We do not store your full payment card number.

6. Digital products and license

If you purchase a ClarityBolt-owned digital product, Endurance Ecom LLC grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use it for personal or single-business use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, repackage, publicly share, or claim ownership of our files, templates, guides, or other intellectual property without written permission.

7. Refunds

Refunds for ClarityBolt-owned products are governed by our Refund Policy. Refunds for third-party affiliate products are governed by the third-party seller, platform, or affiliate network handling the sale.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services to violate laws, infringe rights, transmit malware or spam, scrape or abuse the site, interfere with site security, or misuse any product or content.

9. No warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. You use the Services at your own risk.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Endurance Ecom LLC and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or similar damages; lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunities; or any damages related to third-party products or websites. Our total liability for direct damages related to a ClarityBolt-owned product will not exceed the amount you paid us for that product.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Endurance Ecom LLC from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of another person’s rights.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms or change the Services at any time. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
